Don’t Have a Firearm Yet?
No problem! You can start with Step 1: Basic Pistol Classroom, where you’ll learn about different firearm types, safety, and handling.
You’ll get hands-on experience handling (but not firing) ours to help you decide what’s right for you.
We’ll also guide you through the firearm purchasing process so you can make an informed decision.
Once you have your firearm, return for Step 2: Basic Pistol Range Time, where we’ll help you build confidence and skills with your new gun.
Step 1: Basic Pistol Classroom – $60
Start with essential firearm safety, basic operation, and handling techniques in a classroom-only session. This session is required before attending the range.

Complete Training in One Day!
Book both Step 1 (Classroom) and Step 2 (Range Time) on the same day to complete your training in one go! Or, schedule them separately to fit your schedule.
Step 2: Basic Pistol Range Time – $75
Once you’ve completed the classroom session, it’s time to put your knowledge into practice in a live-fire range session focused on safe handling and marksmanship.
Public Class - $135
Join a scheduled public class! This option is just like Option 1, with both classroom & range time included. Check our calendar for upcoming dates and times.

RANGE TIME
Students will also perform live-fire exercises learning the basics of handling and shooting your firearm accurately. using your own firearm is highly recommended. If you have your own firearm, please bring 100 cartridges to complete the class.
CLASS TIME
Students will learn pistol types, operation, maintenance, ammunition fundamentals, grip, stance, aiming, trigger control, breathing, and follow-through.
Range fee
the gun range we use has a range fee of $20, this is included in the price.
ABOUT
This class prepares new shooters to become comfortable with their firearms. It is also a required class to become an NRA Basic pistol Instructor.
What TO BRING
Eye and Ear Protection
it’s best to have over-the-ear protection. If you wear glasses then that is fine for eye protection, but its still better to bring some.

town isnt very far from the range but it is still easier to bring food.
